Blush me red currant color with aromatic and bright herbaceous charm along with citrus, red and black berries, dried herbs and minerals. The light bodied style and lower alcohol profile go hand in hand. The bell pepper, jalapeño, salted watermelon, red currant, strawberry, blackberries and grapefruit zest are beyond moorish. The slight effervescence accentuates the zingy acidity and refreshing nature are all so welcome in this sweltering heat. This wine just makes me smile every single time.
