Tucked in the commune of Courmas, Montagne des Reims, husband and wife team Yann and Sรฉverine lovingly restored their 6 hectares through years of hard work and passion of viticulture to a chemical free state. Their vines get the utmost care, planted on rich in calcareous clay. The Extra Brut is produced in very small quantities, less than 1000 bottles, an extended sur lie of 5 years after fermentation in barriques.

This bubbly is multi-faceted, lively persistent perlage enlightening aromas oodles of ripe apple and pear, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, acacia , minerality and pie crust. The blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Meunier will envelop you with its silky personality. The taste of the champagne is bright, exciting and lively that evolves from blood orange pith, lemon curd to earthy mushrooms, ginger and ends on a super high note of salty chalk minerality for minutes on end. The 4.5g/L of dosage provides balances to the refined structure. This Blanc de Noirs is femininely powerful like classic Coco Chanel haut couture.
