A multi-vintage champagne from 2017 and 2018 harvests. Parcels are vinified separately in stainless steel. Disgorged May 19, 2022 with an average of 48 months sur lie, zero dosage brut nature style always with Mignon champagnes.

This zero dosage Meunier is a stunner. A shiny light gold color with smooth fine bubbles. Beautiful expressive nose started out so fresh and fruity lemon zest, quince, underripe strawberries, white peach into salted almonds, cheese bread, brioche and hints of toast. Mouth pucker bone dry champagne, electric acidity that carries the flavors of lime zest, grapefruit pith, pineapple, apple skin, quince compote, toasted almonds, brioche and caramel into a finish is that is steely and endless.

A total knockout champagne. His wines have pep, a champagne with a serious but playful side. Such delight for everyday, a special occasion, just because you felt like popping a stunning champagne.
