About last night ….. rooftop breezes, chill patio scene, 360 degree views of the city, your best friend visiting from back home, amazing food, service (thanks Dan) and a rosé that made the sweltering heat disappear. Chateau de Berne Inspiration Rosé 2021

A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, the wine is rose gold in the glass with wake me up aromas of strawberry, raspberry, tangerine, citrus, nectarine and dried herbs. But wait it’s to hot, I need a sip of this lively acidity and light bodied lady with tickle my tongue wild red berries, melon, peach, tangerine and pink grapefruit, tart key lime and thyme finish.
