The brand emerged from a long history of viticulture, with the Legras family having roots in the region's wine production dating back several generations. The estate is known for its focus on quality and craftsmanship, using grapes sourced primarily from the prestigious Côte des Blancs, which is renowned for its exceptional Chardonnay vineyards. The philosophy of Legras & Haas emphasizes sustainable viticulture, careful grape selection, and traditional winemaking techniques. Cuvée 'Intuition' is their signature blend created to reflect their vision of the "ultimate Champagne." A blend of 62% Chardonnay, 16% Pinot Noir, 22% Pinot Meunier with a balanced dosage of 7 g/L
