Sparkling Wines Around The World

Last night we tasted 2 flights paired with variety of nibbles. The first consisted of 3 sparkling wines all made from Chardonnay paired with Gougères, Taramasalata and sushi:

-Lovejoy Pét Nat from Château de Béru, Bourgogne

-Benjamin Bridge Traditional Method Brut 2017, Nova Scotia @benjaminbridge

-Secret Boisé 2014 by Veuve Olivier et Fils, Vallée de la Marne, Champagne @veuve_olivier_et_fils

The second flight consisted of 3 other types of sparkling paired with 24 month old Comté, Parmesan, goat cheese with piment d’Espelette, a Saint-Félicien cow cheese from @thomas_fromager, truffle sausage & baguettes from @panade_paris @merouan_topchef

-La Dilettante: Domaine Breton in the Loire Valley, Vouvray Brut traditional method 100% Chenin Blanc @catherineetpierrebreton

-Blue Mountain Brut Reserve 2013 RD, British Columbia @bluemtnwinery

-Vino dei Poeti Bottega Prosecco, DOCG
