Bubbly Delights At Bubbly Bliss Bar

Bubbly Bliss Bar, a hidden champagne bar gem in Paris’s 6th arrondissement, #womenowned Marina and Daila, offers a unique experience for champagne lovers. Their thoughtfully curated selection of champagnes caters to every bubbly taste. The friendly and attentive staff makes you feel right at home.

For our experience, @joannastanojevic chose a treat from @aurorecasanovachampagne , a woman in wine I had the pleasure of meeting at Printemps a few years ago. This ex-ballerina’s “Malo” Champagne “Mesnil sur Oger” Grand Cru Extra Brut is a regal, oak-aged, certified organic, and biodynamic champagne. This thrilling multiple vintage (2017/19/21) 100% Chardonnay blend is aged sur lie in 228 and 400L barrels for a year, with only 2,071 bottles produced. It’s truly sommsensational!

To conclude our bubbly bliss experience, I asked @clementcabaret to introduce my friends to the uniquely decadent @champagne_mousse Rooftafia from one of my favorite winemakers. It goes without saying, it ended on a captivating note.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone for making our evening unforgettable. This was my friends’ first time in Paris, and they truly made our experience special.
